About Oriana
Seventeen years in, I no longer believe in the myth of the lone genius designer. The best work I’ve been part of was never just the cleverest idea in the room. It was the idea people understood, believed in and knew how to bring to life. That kind of alignment is harder to build than it looks; and far more valuable.

I came up the long way: Caracas, Sydney, Madrid. Three cities, three creative cultures, three very different opinions about what good work should be. That shaped the way I lead. I trust instinct, but I trust it more when it has been challenged. I rarely walk into a brief believing there is only one right answer.
Today, my value is less about making every piece myself (although I often roll up my sleeves and dive in, sometimes because is needed, sometimes because I honestly love it) and more about creating the conditions for great work to happen.
I help teams find the idea, protect it through complexity and build the clarity, confidence and systems to make it real. I care deeply about the work, but I care just as much about the people who make it; especially when they grow beyond what they thought they were capable of.
If that sounds like the kind of creative leadership you’re looking for, we should talk.
Experience
Over seventeen years, my work has crossed industries, continents, and scales — from advertising agencies and boutique studios to one of the world's leading consultancies. I've built brands for emerging local businesses and delivered global campaigns for household names, across professional services, technology, hospitality, retail, and consumer goods.
The contexts changed constantly. The standard never did: to bring clarity, character, and real commercial purpose to every brand I touch; whether it's a single coffee shop or an organization of hundreds.

Off the Clock
No client, no brief, no deadline. Just the stuff I make to stay sharp — and because I can't really help it.
